About The Club
Man, who is a social animal gets refined due to cultural develpment; he gets edified due to spiritual enhancement. The purpose of education is to create a perfect man. It is in this context we have various forums in our school such as NATURE CLUB, WOMEN'S CELL, SOCIAL SERVICE SCHEME and LITERARY CLUB. All these different forums come under the banner of CULTURAL CLUB, in our school. It aims at the total development of a studentwhich is the ultimate goal of education. Education serves its purpose imbibing the true spirit of the vaious forums mensioned earlier.
Nature Club
Life becomes meaningful when we realizethe glory of nature. We shall find the world a happier place when we learn to appreciate the simple things in nature. Any kind of exploitation of nature. Our nature is highly detrimental. The harmony of life is due to the harmony of nature. Our nature club gives this direction to the upcoming generation. The members of nature club try to make Mother Earth a greener place through their little efforts. Campus beatification, creating awarness in students about the importance of protecting nature and make our campus eco-friendly are also our action plans.
Science Club
Science Club is the common forum of teachers and students of science batches of this school. A variety of programs are being conducted every year for the promotion and in calculation of scientific attitude and temper among students. It also aims at expressing creativity, imagination and talents of students. Students are introduced to the frontier areas of science and technology through club activities. In previous year, Science Club of our school conducted exhibitions, semenars, slide shows and various awarness programs. This year also, different programs are being planned, to be cundected by the Science Club of our school.
Literary Club
Under the auspices of the Literary Club, we conduct semenars, discussions and competitions. It develops a literary bent of mind and helps to develop the hidden talents, it exhibits the different trends in life. In short, it gives us a slice of life as it holds a mirror to human society.
Social Service League
Our life on Earth becomes significant when we help each other, when we love each other and when act in unison. By way of reaching out the poor and needy, we can make our lives sublime. It is here, we find the relevance of social service activities. In this context, it is gratifying to note that our students have being rendering yomen service by their little acts of kindness and compassion. Our students have been distributing food packets to the inmates of Poor Boy's Home, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam on Saturdays since 2006. Every month, we help different organizations by providing things such as food, school bags, bedsheets etc.
